Just hangin' out.

grabbed from Rob Miller's twitter.

Vi rekommenderar Dunderklumpen

A tree grows on Niki.

Brooklyn, this is what we're leaving behind.

This is what it looks like in the Stockholm suburb of Lidingö where we live.
There are even horses grazing in the pic right above here, but they're hard to see.

We're so excited to move to NYC but leaving people like these
behind is really really hard. Love them to pieces. This is my mom (with my niece). Mom will be 70 in two years. I don't believe she's ever had a facial which might be the reason I doubt the necessity of such procedures.  She thrives on dad's food, reading an infinite number of books, hanging out with friends and family and watching a lot of "Say yes to the dress".

I love Stockholm so much it hurts at times

The view from my brother's balcony.

My shadow has two heads.

Immense grief

Can't stop looking at the pic of Tamerlan and parents, long ago. What happened? Will we ever know?
Little baby, what have you done?!?!?!

More outing.

Rut throwing rocks.

Måns. You should hear him laugh.

Joel likes food too much to contend with children's menu.

The birthday kid.

Sunday outing

Strong willed, fierce, wonderful.

Dad, the best male influence a young girl could have.

Vanja's kind of on the short side but she looks so tall here.
I shall also start surrounding myself with trees.

Mom=Rebel on the Waxholm boat. Swedes will understand why.

Here's that positive male influence again. My dad, role modelling.

More outing pics.

Frida=Master mind.

Good bye.

People I love

My brother Björn and Karin, who I got to know because she dated one of Björn's best friends 20 years ago. LOVE THESE TWO.

Karin lives pretty close to me. People mistake us for each other all the time - a short, brown haired, energetic woman with three kids in tow, married to an avid runner.

If Karin and I had a kid together she would look exactly like Tina Fey. We consider Tina our missing link.

Björn is Björn, one of the best constants of my life.

Good bye, E.L. Konigsburg.

Thanks for the books E.L. Konigsburg.

"Children’s books, she once said, are “the key to the accumulated wisdom, wit, gossip, truth, myth, history, philosophy, and recipes for salting potatoes during the past 6,000 years of civilization.”

Lyxen

Lyxen att ha min brorsa till brorsa har nu varat i 40 år, hoppas den ska vara minst lika länge till, kanske dubbelt så länge!

Metrokrönika här om varför det är så bra.

ANGLO SPEAKERS: That's me and my brother. I love him so much. Have had the luxury of knowing him for 40 years now, one of the greatest experiences of my entire existence.

SONG OF THE YEAR IS ALREADY HERE

TACK PARISA, LÖPNINGEN ÄR RÄDDAD.

CAN'T WAIT FOR THE REST OF THE ALBUM. All I ever wanted from a song is in this song.

Bonus pic: The joy this song brings to working (not just working out):

Days of my life

Ok, so on Wednedsay celebrated Rebecka who just released her book

Came home to see Niki had prepared for her daycare costume party.

Had breakfast.

Dropped kids off at daycare, worked, went to Kerber pop-up store
Here's Marielle herself in her great long dress:

Then ran into super talented photographer Maria, found out SHE*LL BE SPENDING ALL OF JULY IN NEW YORK WITH HER FAMILY. So happy about this.

If you're in Stockholm, stop by Kerber pop-up store this weekend. Åsögatan 136.

KERBER!

YOU KNOW I LOVE MARIELLE KERBER'S CLOTHES.
They're so comfy and stylish and great. And many of the items can be WASHED IN THE MACHINE.

The dress above is one of my favorite purchases ever. I've worn it with my regular body and when I've been 9 months pregnant! The dress just bounced back

.

Now Marielle is launching her line Kerber for real tomorrow. So happy for her.

Here's the spring/summer collection.

Don't you love the name Blossom Dearie?

You'll love the way she sounds, too.
